If you're looking for FTP software. We highly recommend FileZilla (a free software client for Mac, Windows, and Linux). After downloading FileZilla, configure it as follows to access your FTP account:

| FTP Host: | ftp.example.com (where example.com is your domain name) |
| Protocol: | SFTP |
| User: | (provided in your welcome email) |
| Password: | (provided in your welcome email) |
Using FileZilla FTP
When using FTP, you'll want to navigate to the domains folder, then into your domain name (eg. example.com), then into public_html before uploading files.
Files can be selected of the left side and dragged to the right side to being uploading.
